The wheelchair manipulator “Tumbler” (Tuimelaar) is designed by med.engineers in cooperation with Spark Design in assignment of the Reumaverpleeghuis in Rotterdam (Rotterdam Nursing for Rheumatism).

Elderly people tend to have their natural teeth for many more years . For people wheelchair depended and the dentist treatment is often a problem and sometimes impossible.

The Tumbler is an in the floor sunken apparatus in which the patient in his wheelchair can be handled. The dentist gets a nearly optimal way of treatment with the help of the Tumbler.

The Tumbler can also be an option for hairdressers, pedicures etc.
